Much like the Mission Tortilla silos, the silo outside of the Boudin Sourdough mini-factory has their logo high in the sky... And just like when I wrote up the Mission ones, I'm suddenly hungry!

California Adventure definitely finds a way to continually make you hungry,... or thirsty!
I have never seen the word BOUDIN pronounced "Bo-Deen." It is actually pronounced "Boo-Dan." It is a french pork sausage made a lot here in South Louisiana. Disney is a master at stimulating all of the senses. Their use of the Boudin name and french bread is more of the same. That is why I love Disney.
