Hey, that restaurant was closed the last time I was at WDW too...and I really wanted to eat there!
The only time it has been open the last 4 or 5 times we've been was Summer 2008. I did enjoy the atmosphere and the Cal rolls that time.
The Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station - one of those eateries that always looks tasty but every time I'm there is never open. It always looks like it is close to being open, signs are out, etc. but I'm still batting zero...
