This clock is making a better wreath holder than timepiece - television filming was underway for the famed Christmas parade and Main Street looked completely different from its normal holiday look for a few days, including this new use for the clocks...

I suspect this was done to help mask the fact that the parade is *not* aired live (minimize the visual intrusions).
Wow, that's brilliant! Wreaths, not just for decoration.
Very interesting, I never even put that together but it makes prefect sense!
